Made using Baharat (middle eastern spice powder) this curry retains an Indian style of flavour, following trade with the Gulf states. This curry is made using chicken and tomatoes with the addition of lemon juice and lime powder, for that extra zest.
- 800g chicken
- 200ml chopped tomatoes
- 200ml stock
- 2 cloves of garlic or 15ml paste
- 1 stem of ginger or 15ml paste
- 3 onions
- 1 lemon (for juicing)
