Madras Recipe


For this chicken tikka masala curry, you will need the following ingredients: 


  • 600g Diced Meat/Vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp Madras Spice Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil


  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Diced Medium Onions
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
  • *2 Chopped Potatoes
  • *1 Chopped Sweet Pepper


  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 200g Tomato Puree
  • *Sliced Chillis
  • *Sliced Coriander

Step-by-Step Instructions

To make this delicious Madras curry, follow these steps:

  1. Mix “A” together then leave to marinate for 30 minutes
  2. Fry onions in vegetable oil at medium-high heat until golden brown then set aside
  3. Add rest of “B”, continuing to cook on medium heat until vegetables are soft
  4. In a new pan, fry/sear “A” for 4 minutes on high heat
  5. Lower heat to medium, add “B” and “C” to the pan. Cover then cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly
  6. Add garnishes such as chilli or coriander and enjoy!
