Garlic Ginger Paste

Serves 4 people

 - 800g chicken

 - 200ml chopped tomatoes

 - 200ml stock

 - 2 cloves of garlic or 15ml paste 

 - 1 stem of ginger or 15ml paste

 - 3 onions

 - 1 lemon (for juicing)
