For this chicken tikka masala curry, you will need the following ingredients:

- 600g Diced Meat/Vegetables
- 2 Tbsp Madras Spice Mix
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

- 2 Diced Medium Onions
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
- *2 Chopped Potatoes
- *1 Chopped Sweet Pepper

- 200ml Coconut Milk
- 200g Tomato Puree
- *Sliced Chillis
- *Sliced Coriander
Step-by-Step Instructions
To make this delicious Madras curry, follow these steps:
- Mix “A” together then leave to marinate for 30 minutes
- Fry onions in vegetable oil at medium-high heat until golden brown then set aside
- Add rest of “B”, continuing to cook on medium heat until vegetables are soft
- In a new pan, fry/sear “A” for 4 minutes on high heat
- Lower heat to medium, add “B” and “C” to the pan. Cover then cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly
- Add garnishes such as chilli or coriander and enjoy!
