A sweet and sour dish made using pineapple and lentils. Takeaway menus often describe the dish as “hot, sweet and sour”, and it does encompass all of these flavours. In the curry house version, the heat comes from chilli, the sweet from sugar or pineapple, and the sour from lemon juice. One of our real favourite curries and a best seller.
