A medium to hot, sweet and sour dish with a lovely tangy taste. Add lemon slices if a fresher and more sour taste is required.

For the 4 portion recipe a Tablespoon of Mango chutney can be added with all of number 2 addition for a richer, sweeter flavour.

- 600g chicken (or your own choice of meat) - 400ml chopped tomatoes - 120ml creamed coconut - 2 cloves of garlic or 15ml paste - 1 stem of ginger or 15ml paste - 2 green chillies - 4 tbsp. lemon juice - 3 tbsp. tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp. tomato puree - 1 tsp. salt - 2 onions
