1 Medium Onion (≈150 g), sliced
1–2 Medium Tomatoes (≈150 g), chopped
1 Tbsp Tomato Purée
2 Tbsp Oil
120 ml Water or Stock
1–2 Fresh Chillies, sliced (Optional)
½ Tsp Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander, chopped (Garnish)
