Our Tikka Masala spice mix is hand-blended only using the finest Indian spices. A dish consisting of marinated boneless chicken pieces that are traditionally cooked in a tandoor and then served in a subtly spiced tomato-cream sauce. This kit also includes the pastes and whole spices required to cook a perfect restaurant-style curry.
